About
In an exceptional setting, you'll enjoy a 270° panoramic view of the ocean and nature.
You'll take in Motu Nono, the port of Taravao, the mountains of Tahiti's east coast, the surfing beach of Pueu and its village. From July to November, you can enjoy whale-watching in the calm, easterly trade winds.
An ideal location to recharge your batteries and visit the peninsula (diving, hiking, views from the Belvedere, the village of Tautira and the 2024 Olympic surf spot at Teahupoo).
Paradise at the end of the runway.
Located on the east coast of the peninsula, Cathy and Thierry’s villa is unique in its history and design, given its geographical location. We wanted to design a “house to live in” that was resolutely in tune with the times: comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and respectful of its environment. To achieve this, we didn’t shy away from any obstacle, not even the one related to the distance from Papeete.
A place of simplicity, designed by architect Laure Cumin, who wanted to integrate a traditional faré into the 3500m2 of land and create natural air-conditioning.
Hot water is produced by a 300-liter solar water heater.
It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and 2 bedrooms with dressing rooms.
Free wifi access is also available.
On the ground floor, the Natura room features a 160×200 cm double bed and a 100×200 cm single bed, with wc and a double-sink bathroom with walk-in shower opening onto the garden. It has its own private terrace.
Upstairs is a master suite with a 180×200 cm king-size bed, office area with ocean view, bathroom with large walk-in shower opening onto the garden and separate toilet. It has a private terrace with 2 deckchairs, 2 chairs and a small round table to enjoy the panoramic view.
In the center of the house is a large 70 m2 patio, with guest toilet, where you can enjoy meals in the shade, sheltered from the elements.
There’s a covered garage for 2 cars and an outdoor laundry room with washing machine and clothes line.
Rental of the entire villa with its magnificent view and large garden, for 2 to 5 people from 181$ (18,900 xpf)
