Restaurant Titiraina – Le Taha'a By Pearl Resorts

The chef's specialties include delicious fresh and colorful salads, tasty grilled fish or meat, sashimi and, of course, the famous Tahitian raw fish, a raw tuna salad marinated with vegetables, lemon juice and freshly squeezed coconut milk.

The beach bar, Manuia Bar, takes over for light snacks when the Titiraina restaurant closes.
